Conservatory - Drainage Facilities

Can someone advise what this means in terms of a conservatory permitted development?
What is meant by drainage facilities in this case? The conservatory has a washing machine in it, but does this refer to separate drainage independent of the main house?
- Your conservatory must not contain any water drainage facilities (for a washing machine, dishwasher etc.).

If there's a washing machine, there must be a drain - unless you are emptying the water out by hand into a bucket......So clearly does not fall within the PD definition you quote.A room with a washing machine is a more integral part of the property (like a utility room). It is not just a conservatory.0

I bought the house and was told it was a permitted development so this is the first I am hearing about this washing machine thing0 -
It means a drain from the conservatory that goes directly to main drainage system.0

Either way, what exactly is your concern. You've bought the house so too late to do anything. Are you concerned the council might come take a look and tell you to knock down the conservatory....?
