Does anyone know if the energy cap applies to static caravan parks

    Unless you have a personal domestic suply (which is not likely), then no.

    Welcome to the forum.
    The energy cap applies to all domestic energy accounts.
    If your caravan has its own supply, billed by one of the energy suppliers, then the cap will apply. If, however, your caravan gets its energy from the site operator, it's likely that the site has a commercial energy supply and the cap will not apply.
