New Van Lease

Hey, first post and looking for some advice.
I ordered a new van on Finance lease back in Oct 21 and signed the contract. The van wasn't going to be ready until Sept 2022 which wasn't an issue and I was happy to wait. However now they say the price of the van has gone up due to everything going up and now say the original contract that was signed is void and I now have to sign a new one with the new inflated price. They said they can do this because I haven't received delivery of the van. Does anyone know where I stand with this?

What does the contract say? Is it a business purchase, because then consumer rights don't apply in the normal sense, it will be solely down to the contract.0

Yes its a business contract and the agreement states this:
Validity of Quotations Quotations will remain valid for a period of 14 days, except in the event of: —
Changes in market interest rates
Changes in market conditions that result in movement in vehicle residual values
Manufacturer Price Changes
Nearly New vehicles are sold
Errors in data however so occasioned that result in miscalculation of the quotation
So I presume there's nothing I can do?0 -
Doesn't look like. I normal times I would tell them to stick it, bat these aren't normal times so I think you will be best just taking it on the chin. Having said that the residuals should be better so perhaps worth having a discussion round that.
