I have an iphone X, software version 15.4, and am unable to install the Nationwide app.
The message states 'We're sorry, we seem to be experiencing a problem. Please restart the app ... ' Have checked their service availability page and there are no issues.
I did phone Nationwide last week, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I had the app installed a while ago, but mistakenly entered incorrect information and was blocked from using the app. Nationwide said this was not what was causing the problem.
I have no problems using internet banking using my laptop.
The app is showing in my list of apps, and I wondered whether anyone could offer advice.

have you tried deleting and reloading the app?

Uninstall and re-install should do the trick.1

Thanks for replying.
When I go to Settings, Nationwide is listed, though the app is not showing on my phone screen.
I've searched Apple's app store, and when I click on Nationwide mobile banking, it says open. When I try to press open, I receive the message stated in my original post.

Delete the app, shut down and the power up the phone, try installing the app again.

How do I delete the app when it isn't showing on my screen?0
-
Search (swipe down) for the app on your iPhone, or find in the App Library (swipe left on the home screen repeatedly)
Then press and hold on the app icon, and choose Delete App1
