Warm Home Discount not received

When Octopus took over my Avro account I double checked to see if the warm home discount had automatically been taken across - it had so I patiently waited. Just realising I haven't received it at all I gave them a call this morning and they confirmed I hadn't received it, I was then told I am asking at the wrong time of year, it should be October. Eventually I managed to get customer services to understand and was told they will put in a request to find out. Just wondering if this is a common problem - it was definitely listed on my account when I had previously checked.

What do you mean by you had seen it had been automatically taken across? Do you mean the request for it?0
