Credit card - 2 part time jobs full time hours

in Credit cards
I have two part time jobs which equate to 38h a week, so I am essentially working full time with 2 part time jobs.
I want to apply for a 0% balance transfer credit card to transfer my debt over from another card.
I want to apply for a 0% balance transfer credit card to transfer my debt over from another card.
When I come to apply, how do I go about filling in my work details as there is the option to say whether you work full time/part time.
It then asks for your place of work and how much you earn. It only allows for one place of work in this section though, so if I put just one of my places of work it will mean I am saying I earn a part time wage (which limits me to which cards I could have).
Should I combine my annual income from both jobs and just tick full time, and put in one of the addresses? Or is there another way to do this?
Help please, thanks
