sky plus box not downloading from sky history channel

Hi, my sky plus box has been off waiting for a dish repair now done so I thought I would catch up on a couple of programs I missed, one from ITV hub downloaded ok buut one from sky history starts to but then stops and comes up as failed, I tried on another episode I had seen but same result.

Solved, I had fitted a recon box while waiting for the dish repair because the hard drive failed. Had not paired the sky viewing card with the new box.
