Any issues call them, I had to 3 times first time answered in 10 seconds and resolved issue.
Next 2 times there was a 10 minute wait, I opted for call back and got them.
Card activation was as easy as tapping blue card and clicking I’ve received my card.
My accounts are listed as Bigwheels account and below savings account.
Easy for me as one has small amount and savings has large account.0 -
Blimey. The OP sound like advertising spiel.

I actually was trying to achieve balance, given the number of problems others appear to have had. Usually it's me that feels that I'm the only person who has problems dealing with banks online! Maybe I do have the right phone and the right operating system. Who knows?
As for sounding like an advertisement—so be it. That's clearly the way I write. Fact is I was completely taken aback by a bank application that was so strongly customer orientated. (Cf my second paragraph.) As I said, what impressed me was that Chase has embraced modern technology and created a user interface that is just so simple to use. It brought to mind the Wise (was Travelwise) app, which is second to none for a financial service.

I'm with the OP on this - the Chase account is the easiest banking/savings account that I've ever opened.

It‘s not really a surprise that a digital-only account which has no overdraft facilities is easy to open - provided you have the technology and the documents it requires. Monzo and Starling have been offering similarly simple account opening for years.
Whilst I am one of the ones who who is holding a Chase account myself and who is enjoying the cashback and the leading interest rate, I am also conscious of the shortfalls. No CASS, no Open Banking, no COP, no joint accounts, potential complications with the numberless debit card, no option to get more than £25k per day out of the account, no overdrafts, no telephone banking, no online banking, works on 64-bit phones/tablets only, not for people who have no photo ID, no options for visually impaired. Some or all of these may not matter to you, but they will to some and should therefore be mentioned in a credible review of the account.6 -
Chase & Statling were easy to open.
How can you not distinguish between accounts? The current account says Spend From underneath it, the round up account says 5% AER underneath it, the savings accounts say 1.5% AER underneath them2 -
where_are_we said:With such an emphatic headline I just had to give my alternative experience. I had to retake my passport photo and selfie many times before acceptance. It took days to be verified. I have opened many current accounts in my time and this one was the most difficult. I only persisted because of the 1.5% linked savings account with a £250K limit.
Same here.

Not easy to transfer monies to from some other banks. I had no problem opening up Chase account but have had a nightmare with Santander allowing my transfers through. I got the impression the fraud dept don't think they are a valid bank!0
