A quick thank you for this! So much easier than trying to communicate on the chat. Closed my regular saver and my balance plus 22p interest was transferred almost immediately

I "renewed" and then emptied my 4.5% Reg Saver today.  Easy.

Money is heading off to a 6% 1 yr fix instead, as I don't need access.

I renewed my Halifax RS as per the instructions into an easy saver, but I still can't withdraw! In my account details the RS now shows as an Easy Saver, but when I click on it the account still shows as a RS lol. Just 1.3% interest instead.

Never mind. Withdrawal worked ok in the app.

FTAOD: Halifax Reg Saver is 5.5% fixed for 12 months from opening.

Can confirm this works with a regsaver, just did it now. Thanks
