I was always brought up with the mantra 'buy cheap, buy twice or more.' However, the circumstances we are all living through now are making me question this. I had a Dualit toaster years ago that was given to me and it was amazing. The bread won't fit in most toasters the right way up let alone on the side lol. But I have discovered that they make long slot toasters which should solve all of my problems.....even more so if they invent one that doesn't use electricity
