The credit company appears to be Shop Direct Finance Company Ltd., First Floor, Skyways House, Speke Road, Speke, Liverpool, L70 1AB.
The retailer is The Very Group, First Floor, Skyways House, Speke Road, Speke, Liverpool, L70 1AB
The Very Group used to call themselves Shop Direct. Before that they called themselves Littlewoods (remember the catalogue shops?)
All part of the multimillionaire Barclay Brothers vast empire which also includes the Ritz Hotel, the Daily Telegraph and Yodel.
