EV Salary Sacrifice - choosing a provider

Hi everyone,
I'm keen on taking advantage of the EV salary sacrifice scheme, to save some money on an EV lease, but my employer doesn't have this set up already, and I have no idea how to choose a provider. There seem to be a million and one different companies that offer this. Where do you start?
Are there any "go-to" providers that are reliable?
Are there any that need to be avoided?
Or are they all doing exactly the same thing and it doesn't matter?
Thanks!
Robin

Salary sacrifice schemes are done through your employer. If they haven't set up a scheme, you can't sign up to it.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Make sure you understand the implications on your pension when looking at salary sacrifice to buy a motor"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0
