Natwest is £20k for some personal accounts and £50k for premier personals. You may set lower limits for yourself.oldagetraveller1 said:RN61 said:Nationwide is £10000. Natwest is £5000. First Direct is £49.999, Nationwide is 10k as above but if you move £9999 again and again it’s ok.
I moved 85k from nationwide in one day, but was 9 payments.0 -

Which is crazy really when our phones/mobile apps have biometric data. Why is sending a text to a mobile phone more secure? Log in online, get a text, open the phone with face/touchID, get the text, type it in website and send £20k. Open your phone and then the app in the same way, you can only send £1k. Doesn't make any sense to me, but "themz teh rulez".kaMelo said:Or in online banking WITHOUT biometric data required.

Whilst RBS use one time passcodes they don't do so exclusively. They still support the card reader option which may not be as convenient as one time pass codes but, to my mind at least, is a much more secure method as the physical card, PIN and online login all need to be active at the same time, or at least secure until people start dishing out the numbers generated to people who cold called them.hangryconsumer said:
