PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.

Land Registry

After my parents died I sold my house and moved into theirs.
I realised that the property hadn't been registered and the solicitor sent off the deeds in March 2020, he recalled them in June 2020 when I bought some adjacent land but said we retained our position in the queue. I've heard nothing from him since January 2021, he will not respond to my calls, reception say they will get him to call back but he won't. (He is a local solicitor notorious for dragging things out and never communicating.)
I look at the land registry and my property still isn't listed.
What can I do?
He is a partner at the firm.
