I think they'd likely fold before the customer files, it's certainly worth a letter before action.ThumbRemote said:I do seem to remember someone on these forums making a successful small claims court claim against a parcel courier, claiming the couriers negligence was beyond what might be considered the acceptable damage in transit. Can't remember many more details.
