Over billed Utility charge

Both gas and electric were smart meters so when bills came through we just assumed they were correct we did query last year as looking at the electric bill realised it was reading 100k units more than actual reading, clearly meters not as smart as they should be, contacted shell who looked into it, they sent lots of credits through on gas bill but still ended same amount, been busy so never followed it up so sent actual readings through before price hike to only receive minor credit, bill still reading 100k more than it is even after they have put more credits on gas and electric, very confusing and we just don’t understand how they are working it out

Please give us the Electric reading - on the meter it may be 012345 (decimal) 678. What is it on the bill please (include the letters A, C, E or our read/ meter read / cust read

Also check the serial number on the meter and on the bill
