Renewing Car Insurance - Accident by additional driver

Long time browser first time poster. Any help appreciated on renewing my car insurance wih the following situation.
My wife and I have one car. I am the owner, registered keeper and main driver. My wife is listed as an additional driver on the insurance policy. Neither of us had any pervious driving offences or accidents.
This year, my wife had a minor accident while driving the car (reversed into parked car). She was at fault and we informed our insurance company although we didn't claim ourselves. The other party did claim on our insurance I believe. I understand this reduces my No Claims Bonus to zero (only been driving since May 2019).
Now, when getting renewal quotes, am I right in thinking when it asks me 'Have you had any motor accidents, claims or losses in the last five years?' I have to say 'Yes' as the claim was on my policy and give details of the accident described above. Then, when I fill in my wife's details as an additional driver, I also have to say 'Yes' to 'Have you had any motor accidents, claims or losses in the last five years?' and give details of the same accident?
Or can I list the accident under my wife's details as an additional driver and write 'No' for me for Have you had any motor accidents, claims or losses in the last five years?'
I suspect I have to say 'Yes' to both but thought I would check.
Thanks for any advice.

It is yes to both. You have an incident covered by your insurance policy so it needs to be mentioned there. Then the same incident actually involved your wife so it needs to be described under her.If your wife had the incident in a car not covered by your insurance policy then you would say no to any claims and yes to your wife having a claim.0
