New driver bus lane fine Ealing council

Hi I been fined for going in this bus lane but it's not clear. It doesn't have a solid white line or clear signs. Should I appeal thanks.

Is that Uxbridge road?  If it is where I am thinking, it has road markings at the start of the bus lane and a solid, but worn, white line.

Looks in the photo like it has a solid white line (be it fairly worn) and the lane is coloured red in contrast to the other lanes. Looks like there is some kind of marking on the road further back as well, but can't see that clearly.

This isn't the best forum for advice on your issue. However .....

As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there but please note that a hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering and post a new thread; here's your link:

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Were you using a hotmail email address when trying to register with PePiPoo?  What was the 6-digit code question asked there?

Did you answer the question about inputting the next letter to every letter in the acronym for the driving licence issuing organisation?  D (E) V (W) L (M) A (B).

You are correctly copying the Captcha code, capital letters too?  It does work usually so something else is wrong.

And you definitely registered a gmail account, not hotmail?
