Warm home discount
I applied for WHD in September 2021 and received an acceptance email from British Gas. The voucher should have been issued by the end of March this year, as yet no voucher has been issued.
I have tried to contact BG without success.
I have been on Social Media and a few others also have not received their voucher.
Anyone know how to contact BG and get answers.

I take it you have prepayment meters otherwise it’s just a credit on your account. It’s a bit difficult contacting any supplier at the moment due to every channel being clogged up by people either giving meter readings or complaining that they couldn’t give meter readings on 31 March. You’re probably better off ringing them if you have a spare couple of hours to wait for an answer.0
