Is anyone able to get access on their app? It keeps just coming up with a message that it's "struggling to connect" and to make sure I have internet and try again later....
You can't even get on the online banking without authenticating the log in via the app though so I literally have no access to anything online at the moment at all..

No problems on iPad or Android phone.
PS. Online login is a bit slow, but I got in after a 30 second wait.0 -
I got in ok on the app, it did seem to take a few seconds longer than normal.The app is always a bit ropey for me for some reason, every day or two it refuses to log in and I have to restart the phone to make it work. It's been like it for years but I never have any trouble with the other 9 banking apps I have.0

I only use the account for the 2% interest. Don't think I'd be happy if it was my main account, as I find the app very flaky.
