Is anyone able to get access on their app?  It keeps just coming up with a message that it's "struggling to connect" and to make sure I have internet and try again later....

You can't even get on the online banking without authenticating the log in via the app though so I literally have no access to anything online at the moment at all..

yes, I'm also having an issue logging in on the app

No problems on iPad or Android phone.

PS. Online login is a bit slow, but I got in after a 30 second wait.

I got in ok on the app, it did seem to take a few seconds longer than normal.

The app is always a bit ropey for me for some reason, every day or two it refuses to log in and I have to restart the phone to make it work. It's been like it for years but I never have any trouble with the other 9 banking apps I have.

Same here, every few days I'm unable to log into the app. I try again later in the day and it works.

I only use the account for the 2% interest. Don't think I'd be happy if it was my main account, as I find the app very flaky.
