Redrow Extras!

Hi all,
We have recently exchanged contracts on a new Redrow home and are due our options/extras appointment this week.
For anyone that has a Redrow home,
• Do you get to see any sample choices in person rather than just online?
• Any ‘must haves?’
• Any ‘avoids’

I have also read online about their built in wardrobes being rather cheap looking/built. Is this correct? They’re something that we want but aren’t willing to pay the price if they’re cheap made.

I aim to negotiate for some incentives, however I aren’t expecting them to budge much.

Thank you 😊

The negotiating part is surely done BEFORE you exchange.

Why would they give you anything now, it's not like you can walk away ...

I have bought a new build before, you can negotiate at any stage.
Sure they’d rather us pay X amount for extras if they throw something in that we negotiate instead of us paying nothing and getting external companies in.

    Thanks for your concern 😊
