Large video file Share

Is it possible to do this ?
Send Large Video files of 2-4GB online to a recipient who is on a low Date (20 GB) allowance without eating into there allowance.

Recipient using a mobile? They could connect to unlimited wi-fi (their own or local coffee shop).

Unlikely you will be able to send a file of that size by email.

Not mobile ,Recipient lives in remote part of Spain and struggles to get mobile and has to get Broadband via Satellite link hence the low Date deal due to expense

If it comes down their satellite link it will use their data allowance.

Can you compress it any further?

You could upload it to the cloud & they could then download it when they are next somewhere they can get wifi (although 2-4GB over public wifi is likely to be tedious)

You could chop it up & send it in monthly instalments but, as per @flaneurs_lobster posting it would be quicker
