I'm a little lost with what this means to be honest but it doesn't look right to me at all - does it you? How can that be the right consumption going off the previous readings?

It’s lucky you used that energy before the price cap change - saved you almost £40,000! (Assuming about 3.5p extra per KWh)
seriously though, as others have said, this is clearly a mistake by your supplier.
