    A POPLA appeal is not a defence.

    The 3rd post of the Newbies thread tells you what a good POPLA appeal looks like - a single PDF story with pictures - no separate photo uploads.
    Thanks for coming back to me - "i want to state there was no clear signage upon entry to the car park and no signage is visible from the space that the alleged driver used" shall i add this piece in to the 3rd post from newbies thread. As it from parkingeye so wanted to make sure had the correct info.

    You'd be adding those photos and words to the signage point. Yes of course you can strengthen the template words and certainly add pictures.  NO CLOSE UPS OF SIGNS.

    So i persisted and finally got some one from the retail establishment to send an email to cancel from the retailer,  should i continue to send the POPLA as i coming up to 33 days or leave it now with retailer?

    Send your PoPLA appeal.

    Keep following the process until the parking company admits defeat and cancels the PCN.

    Yep do the POPLA appeal and the POC can choose to withdraw.
