@pinky1978 I am actually already factoring in a 30% energy increase in October price cap to my budget now so I can keep my heating on next winter.

I don't think the loan not loan is going to help anybody, it just makes it more costly, rob Peter to pay Paul.

Thank You For Your help Everyone, it is really appreciated.  I did not realise there were all these regional differences. Hopefully this will have been useful for anyone else who didn't realise this was the case either.
