Confused about SSP

Hello, I am new so sorry if I’m posting in the wrong place.
I am a care worker who tested positive for Covid yesterday and the rules for my workplace are as follows:
5 days off including the day you tested positive.
On day 5 take a test and again on day 6.
If both are negative you can return to work on your next scheduled day.
I was scheduled to work yesterday, today and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with paid training of 4 hours on Tuesday.
If I test negative on Friday and Saturday I am next scheduled to work on the Monday, that is what my manager told me this morning when I called.
This means that in total I have been off from the 3rd of April until the 11th.
I have never claimed SSP and am not even sure I am entitled to it in this case.
I know you do not get it for the first 3 days of sickness and if I am negative on Friday and Saturday I am not technically sick, just not allowed to attend and not scheduled until the Monday so Sunday is just a day off.
Can someone advise me please? Apologies for the long post, I have never been in this situation and cannot make sense of how it works.
Thank you.
