Replacing Smart Meter monitor.

I had a smart meter installed several years ago, at the same time the company moved the meters to a position in the cubby hole which makes them really difficult to access.

This was ok until I switched companies and the monitor inside the house packed up. So the readings don’t get automatically read and I rarely read it as it’s so difficult to get to..

ive tried asking for a new monitor to no avail - has anyone got any ideas as to how I can start using the smart meter functionality again?
