Sorry, im really out of the loop with the latest on pcr testing and other requirements, but my question is do you still need to do a pcr test before leaving England to fly to Turkey? If so i really don't have a clue on how i get one? Or can i just use my local drive through test centre? I really don't know??
Also do I need to complete this form is it a mandatory requirement??

Hi. I went to Istanbul a few weeks back and the rules seem to be the same. If you’re vaccinated then no test required. The online form 72 hours before. It’s all here.2

Just reading from the gov website if you are fully vaccinated then you don't need a PCR test, if you're not fully vaccinated then you need to do a PCR (72 hours) or Antigen test (48 hours) before you travel. And yes you need to fill in that form too.

currently you do not require a test before travelling to England0 -
So when they say you need to take the pcr 72 hours before, can i take it a week before or within the 72 hours does it have to be? So like 2 or 1 days before i fly???0

it is all explained in the link you were given in the first reply
If you’re not fully vaccinated, you’ll need to show proof of a negative PCR test (taken no more than 72 hours before entry), rapid antigen test (taken no more than 48 hours before entry)

Also, if you'd said that you were unvaccinated to start with, then more appropriate answers could have been given.
I wouldn't bother with a PCR. The one you posted was £49 and a PCR is just an necessary expense. A Lateral Flow will be sufficient and they are about £11-12 (Randox, Simplytestme etc). Results the same day and with 48 hours then it's plenty of time.0
