Hi
I ordered a Shark vacuum yesterday through the link from MSE and having clicked on the WV361UKT link was taken to the Shark site and what I thought was the 2 battery option which I ordered. I used the MSE60 code.
It arrived today and it is the 1 battery model. I checked the order receipt and it was listed as the WV361UK model and I had not spotted the discrepancy. I am very disappointed.  I called the  help line to be told that an extra battery would be £70 and in any case they are out of stock.. I am less than happy!! I have a screenshot of the page on MSE that I used.. the link is still faulty.
