Alliance & Leicester Phoning from Abroad

Hi everyone, recently A & L changed their phone numbers. Does anyone know a phone number that does NOT start with 08? As we cannot phone 08 numbers from some countries.
Have tried asking A & L but they don't understand the problem.
We will have to go to another bank if we cannot resolve this problem. I know Abbey have a special number to call from abroad.

If you go to https://www.saynoto0870.com and type in Alliance as the company name in the search box you will see all the non-geographical numbers for them.0
