May I add something that even s9ne solicitors and will writers are not aware of or have forgotten.
If you are in receipt of council tax discount (not the 25% single person tax)
You are exempt from paying the registration fee, currently around £85.
My husband and I had 2 each so we in fact saved 4 x £85.00
Just a heads upmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
