@pochase yes I know we are very heavy on consumption mostly because we are a house and annex on one electric circuit, so 2 of all appliances including emersion heaters for water!Thanks so much for takahe time to look at this. I’ll have a think about what to do. Also, there is no exit fee so if it is higher than the SV in October I can always change then.

Still might be worth at looking at energy savings between the house and annexe.
I reckon we can shave off 500 kWh from relatively small changes.0
