That's right, I was comparing their high value of 7100 to my annual usage of 13280.

OK so it seems my usage isn't massively above what you'd expect in my situation which is good to know. It doesn't specify what size property they were comparing against in the article but with such low figures I guess it must be a small place.

As Gerry1 mentioned on the previous page (your second reply), most all-electric properties are small flats.
