Is anybody else having problems with BrItish gas and electric pre payment WARM HOME DISCOUNT 21/22 I'm still waiting for mine to be applied and was told by them today its not their problem its the government Yet IF this is right it seems very unfair to me as it now will get taken even quicker than it would've before. Plus I got told previously by them it'd be applied BEFORE the end of march this year as it usually does. Thank you 🤷🏻♀️
