    So you hadn't notified them of your change of address? Hardly their fault.
    Oh I received the letter alright. The address exists, the postcode is correct, the reminder was successfully delivered. They sent the reminder there and I got it soon afterwards. But the DVLA system rejects the address that they sent the reminder action letter to. It's just a left hand/right hand knowledge thing.
