Global Priority Program

My husband, son and myself applied for the USA Global Priority program back in Mar/Apr 2019. We paid the (rather large) fee and completed the UK government checks. All we needed was the interview with US authorities.
Then Covid hit and US borders were closed. We are now ready to travel to the USA again but our applications were cancelled in July 2021 because "The applicant did not finalize program enrollment within the required time frame." The only reason we didn't complete the process was because the borders were closed.
Has anyone else had this problem, and found an acceptable solution? I assume I could apply again, but I think the cost was about £150 each, and there are 3 of us!

I think you may mean Global Entry.
Have you contacted them to ask what can be done?
