Child trust fund, unable to access

Hi, I'm at a lost right now.
I've moved and only have the unique reference number of my sons child trust fund.

I've rang HSBC and they asked if I have an account personally I said no. She then told me she can't give me his account details or change the addresses without me going into branch.

The issue is I have agrophobia. I also suffer from anaxophobia so traveling in cars etc is impossible.

Is there anything I can do? She refused to help and said the phone account is locked and I have to unlock it in person.

You could ask if it would be possible for someone to visit you at your home - this *might* be a service they offer to vulnerable customers who cannot travel.

Alternatively, is there someone else (another relative that you trust) who could visit on your behalf?  Or, rather, visit on your son's behalf in your place.
