Standing charges and solar panels

I am trying to work out which supplier in the South West would be best for me. I only use about 1100 units of electricity a year as I have solar panels which are very good. But my standing charge has just gone up double with Outfox the Market and now my DD will be £98 instead of £50 which seems a bit excessive. Am I able to change to another supplier if they have a lower standing charge?

Most, if not all providers have increased their rates (both standing charges and kWh rates) to just below the new price cap effective today (01 Apr). By all means feel free to shop around to see if you can find someone with a lower standing charge (if that is what composes the majority of your bill) but I don't think you'll find any supplier who is meaningfully cheaper at the moment.1 -
