Brother DCP330C printer not working any advice?

I bought this printer from argos in feb 07 (still have receipt) It keeps say cannot print 50. Switch it off and it says cannot print 30
It was only asked to print 1. I have switched it off for ages with no success. Undid the printer cable from computer and still the same 2 messages:eek: :eek: . It was acting strange tonight before we tried to print stuff ie paper coming out the back . Do I go back to argos in the hope that they will replace it. They have the DCP350 but not 330 that will be ok. Just bought loads of ink so need one that uses the same. Any idea what has happened? Thanks

Your printer is covered by Brothers On Site Warranty, if Argos cannot/will not help, contact Brother, they are an excellent company.0
