What do you mean by an "inbuilt cupboard"?
Non-structural stuff like cupboards is not too difficult to DIY if you have a modicum of experience.  But if you want to get someone in, ask on your local Facebook group for recommendations for a decent local joiner.

Personal recommendations for a joiner would be the best way forward. If you can't get a personal recommendation, ask anyone who you are considering paying to do the work to provide you with the name and phone number for a previous customer, and call them to ask how good the joiner was. The joiner should be able to find a previous customer who is willing to talk to you. You should ask them how good the finished job was, whether the joiner turned up reliably to do the work, and how tidy they were.

You will need to agree on who will paint the woodwork; you or the joiner, and who will remove any trade waste that is created. You will want to agree a price, and find out when they are available to do the work. Expect them to be booked up for at least a month.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
