EDF Fixed Tariff Transfer
Hello,
My wife and I are moving at the end of April (we have little choice as our landlady has put the property on the market for sale). We currently have a fixed tariff with EDF until August 2023. We are moving to a property on the floor below in the building where we currently live (a distance of some 15 metres). Please could anyone advise whether EDF are likely to allow us to transfer the fixed tariff to the new property or not?
Many thanks ![]()

Make sure you request the tariff transfer otherwise they will just quote you new tariff’s instead, think you have 30 days from move out to request this transfer.1
