EDF DD changed overnight even of a fixed tarrif

Download your statements as soon as they are produced so that you are not reliant on being able to access the website.If the increase still looks wrong, then talk to EDF (if you can get through), preferably through an online chat so that you can keep a record. Your rate will be fixed until the end of your tariff, but they may be looking ahead beyond the end of the tariff to estimate future costs, and adjusting the DD accordingly.
