Bulb sent a 26 month statement

Bulb has just sent me a 26 month statement saying that they have received "more accurate info about your usage" - credited all my previous monthly statements and charged me based on this new statement. I've gone from £300 in credit to £100 debit Has anyone had this? Wish I'd cut and run now back in November.

    Are the meter readings that Bulb used on the new statement corrrect? And the old ones incorrect?

    Are the meter readings that Bulb used on the new statement corrrect? And the old ones incorrect?
    I have a smart meter for electric and give readings every other month for gas so don't know where this new information has come from. Site is down so can't actually access my account right now
