Land Registry prices paid data

Does anyone know why the LR hasn't released prices paid data for February yet?

I believe it should have been published by now.

The most recent sales shown on houseprices.io date back to the end of January.

Their FAQ section states:

"Currently January 1995 - January 2022. Data for all sales lodged each month is released by the Land Registry in the last week of the following month, along with any corrections or late submissions for earlier months. The new data is incorprated in houseprices.io on the same day."

Any ideas?

Probably because it's not scheduled to be released until the 13th April?

That refers to their House Price Index, not to individual sales price data.

You clearly didn't bother to read my post before replying.

I sold my flat / bought my new house in July 2021 and that isn’t showing up yet, despite being correctly registered when you actually pay £3 for the individual titles. So I assume there’s a massive backlog somewhere….

The land registry has had huge backlogs so I would guess that it is lower priority and/or the backlogs of registrations means that the automated systems haven't caught up yet

February prices paid data is now available on houseprices.io

Looks like the LR took a few extra days to publish the figures this time.

Anyone know why some houses do not get put on the prices paid data?

And I also noticed that a recent sale was included but is now missing, after what I presume was a new monthly update.

Think it's only meant to be residential, "arm's-length" transactions, so some applications are (correctly) filtered out, but others get left out (or in) by mistake.
