RCI Bank login issues

Does anyone know if there is an issue with RCI banking?
Although the website is working I have been unable to logon to withdraw monies all afternoon on either laptop or phone.
I have had a quick search but unable to find mention of any issues.
If still no success tomorrow guess I could try downloading the app or contact them... but thought I would check here first.

I only use the RCI app, and it's working fine for me just now

Ok thanks, I will probably download the app. Don't use the account very often so was resisting downloading yet another banking app but will be useful as a backup.

I use the RCI website regularly without problems. Last time was a withdrawal yesterday and it all completed fine. Why not contact RCI and ask for their comments?

Not an RCI customer, but do have a folder in my phone with 'financial'. Placing the ones you use most often at the top and the ones you don't at the bottom makes app management much easier :)

Same here but the issue wasn't my login as I didn't get that far, the login screen would timeout before entering personal details hence my post. Like you say I could ring them but not urgent......anyway all working ok today so must have been a temporary blip :)

It seems to be fine now. I've just logged in to the website and checked my account.
