Should I be claiming for Redundancy ??? HELP what do I do ?

Hi,

My company have called to tell as from Monday they are giving me 4 weeks' notice, as they have no work for me. Should this not be Redundancy? I have worked for them since September 2019.

    Yes.
    Why do you think it isn't redundancy though? have they said they aren't paying you contractual/statutory redundancy?

    What is your contractual notice period? 4 weeks?
    How old are you?
