Utility Warehouse Price Cap Question

Hi all
I am with Utility Warehouse for both fuels (Gas and Electric) paid by Direct Debit. Electricity is a single rate meter.
I am told that Utility Warehouse is currently the cheapest supplier and is pegging below the price cap on there value variable rate, which is good news if true, but I am a little confused about the variation in the price cap.
I live in the North East of England and from a table I found on this forum, thank you, I read that the price cap figures are
Gas Standing Charge per day - 27.22p
Gas Unit rate per kWh - 7.37p
Electric Standing Charge per day - 45.34p
Electric Unit rate per kWh - 28.34p
But the new rates I have been informed of by Utility Warehouse are
Gas Standing Charge per day - 25.893p
Gas Unit rate per kWh - 7.225p
Electric Standing Charge per day - 47.59p
Electric Unit rate per kWh - 27.09p
The Electric Standing Charge seems to be in excess of the price cap, although the other figures are cheaper. Is this an error, or am I misunderstanding?
This average price cap with regional variations is a little difficult to get my head around!

It looks like you are using the GB average for the cap figures, not the Northern region. The electricity standing charge you have been quoted is about £5 below the Northern region cap.1
