Problems with Scottish Power
We had an account with Scottish Power which was paid monthly by DD. They then said we'd not paid and gave us another account number though I don't know how we could be charged twice for the same usage but on different account numbers. The ombudsman sided with SP so we owed them. We now owe them over £4000 as each time they call to set up a payment plan they don't follow it through and put it on their system so the debt is getting bigger. Has anybody else had this problem or any suggestions what to do? Thanks.

Hi,ok, what you've got to do is look through previous bills and get verified readings, not estimates, an find out where the £4000 came from, are you in debt?0
