Peoples Energy Credit Balance
When PE ceased trading I had over £600 in credit ready for the winter period. Since the move to BG this credit has not transferred and therefore I have paid BG for gas and electricity during the busy winter period. BG say they have not received the funds as of 31st March 2022 - this 6 months after the closure of PE. Why the delay and what can I do about it?
