Tried to follow the advice to register my meter reading today only to find a message that their website is (coveniently) under maintenance today.

Potentially 22,000.000 trying to contact their suppliers today and the systems can't cope. Maintenance means "its's broke"Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1
